1. Importing via Google Sheets
To import data from Google Sheets, follow these steps:
- Create a Google Sheet with your data
- Ensure column headers match your Figma layer names with a '#' prefix
Example: For a layer named "firstname", the column header should be "#firstname"
- Make your Google Sheet public:
- Click "Share" in the top right
- Change access to "Anyone with the link"
- Set permission to "Viewer"
- Copy the Google Sheet URL
- Paste the URL into BulkGen's import field
2. Importing via CSV
To import data using a CSV file:
- Prepare your CSV file with proper headers (same naming convention as Google Sheets - use '#' prefix)
- Click on "Import CSV" in BulkGen
- Select your CSV file from your computer
- Verify the data preview before proceeding
3. Activating Your License Key
To activate your BulkGen license:
- Open BulkGen in Figma
- Click on the "Settings" or "License" tab
- Enter your license key in the provided field
- Click "Activate License"
